A French oldest Woman just died on Tuesday. She became the oldest woman after the Japanese oldest person died in April 2022. She was born in France in 1904, before she became a Catholic nun she worked as a caretaker for orphans and the elderly at the hospital. She dedicated most of her life to religious service.
She lived through WW One, WW Two, the Spanish Flu, and Covid-19. She got Covid 19, but she had no symptoms. She ate chocolate and drank a glass of wine every day. A manager in her nursing home shared that she wasn’t afraid to die. It was her wish to join her beloved brother. She was also the oldest nun who ever live, according to Guinness.
