The mind is the most crucial part of the human body. The ways we think, what we do always originate from the mind. The mind is also the biggest problem that causes mental illnesses and anxiety in the world today. Why do we have a lot of mental health issues today? It is easy to understand, we live in modern society where information is so important in life. We may not survive without updated information within a week, especially people who live in cities or urban areas. Even people who live in rural areas need updated information to survive.
When our mind updates information, it always processes information. That is why the mind always thinks except when we sleep. The mind thinks a lot; people call it overthinking, which makes people tired. Many people try to control their minds by playing sports, jogging, walking, doing yoga, etc. In India, people often say the mind is just like a monkey, it always jumps from one branch to another branch. So you don’t try to control your mind, you should divert your mind to do some things good for you like play music, or hobbies. That is why people who don’t have jobs have more mental issues than people who have jobs. It doesn’t matter what jobs you have, household jobs or company jobs. You must have jobs to control your mind and make your life better. I have seen many people try to control their minds by meditation, I don’t like meditation. I tried to control my mind by sitting and relaxing. That method didn’t work for me. Now, I am trying to control my mind by doing my hobbies, such as blogging and doing YouTube. This method seems to work for me. Everyone is different, so don’t let the bad side of your mind ruin your life by overthinking; just try what method is working for you to control your mind.
