Allergy

Allergy is the overreaction of body to the unharmful substances to normal people. The substance that your body overreacts is called an allergen. When allergens enter or interact with your body, your immune system mistakes them for harmful substances. Your immune system produces antibodies to fight and protect you from allergens. Allergens can be pollen, dust, pet hair, medication, certain foods, etc.

Everyone has different allergens, many people are allergic to one allergen, not other allergens. people are allergic from mild to severe. The symptoms of allergy such as runny nose, itchy eyes, sore throat, ear irritation, sneezing, skin rash, itchy skin, stomachache, vomiting, etc. You can avoid allergies by getting rid of your allergens. If you only have a mild reaction to your allergens, some general pain relief medicines can help you alleviate your allergy. When you are exposed to some allergens causes a severe allergic reaction such as difficulty to breath, your skin turning blue quickly, etc. You seek a doctor or emergency immediately. If your family members are allergic to some allergens, you may have or develop allergies too.

Based on my experience, if you only have a mild reaction to some of your allergens, you shouldn’t take any medicines, let your body deal with them. Over time, your body will get used to them (allergens).
