Business Marketing

Business marketing is one of the most important parts of the business. A business is a seller that its products or services need to deliver to consumers. The ways that sellers deliver their products and services are called business marketing. No business can be successful without good marketing strategies.

Every business has to have appropriate marketing strategies that depend on its consumers. For example, a company that sells baby clothes, the company has to do research on its consumers. How consumers get to know the products and services that are offered by companies. No matter, how good are your products? If your consumers don’t know, they are worthless. With the development of social media; products, and services can reach consumers quickly and effectively if the companies have good marketing strategies. On the other hand, social media can backfire when your products and services don’t meet consumers’ expectations. First, the companies have to have products and services with good qualities and reasonable prices compared to other competitors. There are many marketing strategies such as cold calling, email advertising, mail advertising, radio advertising, TV advertising, social media advertising, and celebrity endorsement.

My friend who works at Costco told me that Costco spends little money on advertising and keeping products at low prices. By doing that Costco let its consumers advertise the company for free. For example, I shop for some products at Costco, they are cheap, and I will tell all my friends or relatives about Costco by phone or social media. You can see friends have other friends and relatives, they widespread quickly your products and services without your companies spending any money. Another good strategy to advertise your products and services is movement strategy. I remember I read a book written by an author who worked for political campaigns before working in the business field. He advised the companies that some products if they can create a movement for their products, people will support products quickly. For example, people are aware of global warming caused by CO2 emissions. Tesla and other car companies created a movement to combat CO2 emissions by encouraging people to use electric cars. You see now in many countries people have a movement to buy electric cars or replace them with electric cars. I don’t know if electric cars can reduce CO2 emissions or not because electric cars are recharged by the electric power generated by burning fossil energy.
